Association Rules
Joining us as a “Qualified Elector” constitutes your consent and agreement that this online common law community association is PRIVATE, and that any information transmitted, downloaded, discussed, received, and read is private and is authorized for your private use ONLY. Use of information from this group, by any United States, State, City, agency, official, agent, employee, or municipal corporation, whether acquired directly or via an informant, is prohibited and subject to the fees listed below:
- Unauthorized use in general (such as entering such information in official records, documents, and lists, whether in writing or in magnetic, digital or other media storage): $10,000 per each use, PLUS $1,000 per week, for storing that information.
- Unauthorized use in court or in charging instruments: $50,000 per each use.
Furthermore, members of our private association within our common law community, who are affected by such unauthorized use, are hereby authorized to sue, or otherwise attempt to collect the above-mentioned fees. Of course, any info gained under a valid search warrant is exempt. By being a member of this association, you are agreeing to these rules.
Everything beyond this point is construed to be confidential and private information and is intended solely for the members of the Wayne County General Assembly and the Michigan Republic and is intended solely for the members who have joined us by their own free will.
